    HIPAA-tier, LegitScript-aware tracking rebuilt from scratch.

    Server-side conversion tracking through a BAA-covered pipeline, no GA4, attribution built to survive a platform audit. For the first time the center could see which campaigns produced real admissions.

    Account Restructure

    The Google Ads account rebuilt around levels of care.

    Campaigns restructured by program and intent, wasted spend cut weekly, and the keyword set tightened to the searches that actually precede an admission.

    Landing Pages & Intake

    A real path between the click and the call.

    Condition-specific landing pages replaced the generic site, and admissions routing closed the gap between an inquiry and the first human contact. The month-three lift came almost entirely from rebuilding this path.

    Conversion Reporting

    Weekly reporting through to booked admissions.

    Spend followed through to booked admissions by campaign, by week, measured against the metric that pays the bills rather than impressions and clicks. The reporting drove the next week of optimization.
