The short version

GrowMyPractice is a business-to-business marketing agency. The only personal information we collect through this website is the business contact detail you choose to give us, mainly through the funnel demo form. We use it to respond to you and to build the demo you asked for. We do not sell it, and we never collect patient health information on this site.

What we collect

When you submit the funnel demo form, we collect your name, work email, phone number, practice website, and the specialty or focus area you want to grow. That's it. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any patient health information through this site.

Like most websites, our server and infrastructure providers may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and basic performance. We do not run Google Analytics (GA4) on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to contact you about your demo and our services, to build the custom funnel we offer, and to keep records of our business relationship. If you become a client, we use your contact detail to deliver and report on the work.

We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We never handle patient health information here

This site is for healthcare practice owners and operators, not their patients. We do not request, receive, or store protected health information (PHI) through this website. In our client work, any tool that touches patient data runs under a signed Business Associate Agreement, and we do not use tools that won't sign one.

Who we share it with

We share the information you submit only with the service providers we use to run our business, such as our CRM and email tools, and only so they can perform services for us. Where a provider may handle data on our behalf in a healthcare context, it does so under a Business Associate Agreement. We do not sell your information to anyone.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies and tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies and tags needed to operate the site and understand which marketing brings practices to us. We do not use Google Analytics. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit to condition-specific pages, and we do not run patient-facing tracking on this site.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will do so unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us, or to stop contacting you. Email us and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date below. Material changes will be reflected here.
