This policy explains how GrowMyPractice LLC ("GrowMyPractice," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website. It covers our own marketing site only. Work we do inside a client's systems is governed by the agreements and Business Associate Agreements we sign with that client.
What we collect
When you book a demo or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, practice name, email address and phone number. We also collect basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, protected health information or patient details through this website.
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for your demo, and to respond to your questions.
- To follow up about our services if you have asked us to.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
How it is stored and shared
Booking and contact information is processed through our scheduling and CRM provider, GoHighLevel, under a Business Associate Agreement and its associated infrastructure providers. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you informational and marketing text messages about scheduling your demo or appointment, following up on your inquiry, customer care and occasionally helpful resources or updates about our services. You opt in by checking the consent box on our booking or contact form, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP, or email team@growmypractice.ai, for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with the subcontractors that support our services, such as our scheduling and CRM provider, and solely so they can deliver these messages and support on our behalf.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies needed to load the booking tool and keep the site working. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email team@growmypractice.ai and we will take care of it.
