As Chief Growth Officer at Flourish Health, I laid the growth foundation that scaled the adolescent IOP from a single state into a multi-state operation. Along the way I lived every part of the operator grind: cold-call anxiety, lunch-and-learn burnout, admissions challenges, census stress.
